This study aims to obtained empirical evidence of the effect of company size, board size, ownership concentration and auditor reputation on enterprise risk management. The population in this study are property and real estate sector companies listed on Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia in 2015-2017. Purposive sampling method was used as sampling technique and obtained 75 company sample. This study uses secondary data taken through documentation techniques. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study proved that company size and ownership concentration have no positive effect on enterprise risk management, while the size of the board of commissioners and auditor reputation have positive effect on enterprise risk management.
