This study aims to empirically prove the influence of managerial ownership,
institutional ownership, foreign ownership and government ownership on the
performance of intellectual capital as the dependent variable. The sample in this
study was mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for
2016-2018 period using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis
technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study
indicate that managerial ownership, institutional ownership and foreign
ownership have a positive effect on the performance of intellectual capital, while
government ownership has no effect on the performance of intellectual capital.
