Abstract

Quality of service is an aspect that greatly influences the choice of travel users. Passengers who have good experience with service, will use the service repeatedly (repeat buying), which can then become a loyal customer (loyal customer). This research was conducted to find out which variables have low service values and must be corrected immediately. The sample size of the respondents was 100 people using Trans Jateng BRT Corridor 1 Purwokerto-Purbalingga, which was at a certain stop. All respondents were given a questionnaire related to the service attributes provided by the Trans Jateng BRT. The results showed that the CSI values obtained were 83.92%, which were interpreted to be very satisfied. So that the Trans Jateng BRT was declared good in providing services to passengers. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there are differences in satisfaction between students and non-students using Chi Square analysis. The results showed that r table (1,217) <r count (3,841). So it is stated that there is no difference in the level of satisfaction between students and non-students.
