Research on road pavement conditions was one of the stages to determine the type of evaluation program that was necessary to be conducted. This study aimed to determine the value of the pavement conditions in Ajibarang – Cilongok road section with a road length of 6 km and a road width of 7 m. A secondary data which was taken in previous studies was used in this study. Asphalt Institute method was used to assess pavement conditions. The order of condition for Asphalt Institute method of road maintenance was based on the range of values from 0 to 100. The result of the analysis of damage in Ajibarang – Cilongok road obtained the average value of the road conditions of 93,1 wich was included in the routine maintenance program.
