The study purpose to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, leverage, and firm age to intellectual capital disclosure. The population used was companies listed in property and real estate Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016 to 2018 period. Purposive sampling method was used and 105 sampel obtained to observation. Hypothesis analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result showed that firm size has significant positive effect to intellectual capital disclosure, profitability and leverage does not effect intellectual capital disclosure. Meanwhile, firm age has significant positive effect to intellectual capital disclosure.
