This study aims to describe the moral values in the Hamka novel by Haidar Musyafa. This research is a qualitative descriptive with the research object of moral values in the Hamka novel by Haidar Musyafa. The approach used is a religion. The data are in the form of written words, sentences, expressions which contain moral values in the Hamka novel by Haidar Musyafa. The data source used in this study is the novel Hamka by Haidar Musyafa. Data collection techniques in this study used reading and noting techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study were divided into three steps; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this research and discussion indicate that the moral values in the novel Hamka by Haidar Musyafa include; (1) morals towards Allah SWT including; (a)taqwa (being conscious and cognizant of God), (b) love and ridha(being pleased with God), and (c) believe in God. (2) personal morals including; (a)shidiq (believable), (b) trustful, (c)syaja'ah (brave), (d)tawadhu (modesty and humility), and (e) patient. (3) the morals in the family including; (a) birrul walidain (being obedient to parents), (b) rights, obligations, and affection of husband and wife, (c) the love and responsibility of parents towards children.
