This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability and Company Size on Bond Ratings. The population used in this study is a financial company registered at PT. Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (PEFINDO) 2015-2018. The data collection method used purposive sampling. The method of analysis used in this research is logistic regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Leverage, Liquidity, and Profitability have no significant effect on Bond Ratings. While the variable Company Size has a positive effect on the Bond Rating.
