This study aims to find empricial evidence of the influence of tax avoidance, managerial ownership, institusional ownership and profitability on a long time the financial reporting. The sample used in this study was Property, Real Estate and Building Contruction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 79 samples were obtained that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Based on the result the study it can be concluded that the tax avoidance, managerial ownership and institusional ownership have a positive effect on the long time the financial reports. While profitability have a negative effect on long time financial reporting.
