The purpose of study is to find empiricial evidence of the effect of human
capital, structural capital, capital employed, and corporate social responsibility
towards financial performance. The population used in this study is all Islamic
commercial banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2012-2016 period.
The sampling method used is census method. Data is taken from the annual fiancial
statements of sharia commercial banks through the official website of the Indonesian
Stock Exchange, the Financial Services Authority, and the websites of each Islamic
commercial banks. Data analysis method used in research is mutiple regression
analysis. The results of this study showed that the variables of human capital and
corporate social responsibility have no effect on financial performance. Furthermore,
the structural capital variable has a positive effect on financial performance, and
capital employed variables have a negative effect on financial performance.
