This final project report discusses the sales accounting system in cash. The goal is to find out how the process of sales, what sales are at PT. Harapan Jaya Globalindo Sokaraja, and how is the sales accounting system. Data collection methods used in the preparation of this final project report are observation, interviews and read books related to the sales accounting system. The report showed that the sales accounting system at PT. Harapan Jaya Globalindo Sokaraja has several stages, the first stage is sales order, the second stage is recording at the small cashier, the third stage is at the large cashier, and the fourth stage is journalizing in the accounting or financial section. The conclusion of this report is the stage of each accounting system, first sales order, in this stage the buyer comes and buys the needs items. Second, recording at the small cash register, at this stage the buyer pays and the cashier part keeps a note to be given to the accounting department. Third, big cashier, at this stage, re-check. Fourth, journals in the accounting section, at this stage the notes that have been paid will be journalized in the accounting section and will be archived if they are journalized.
