This research aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, firm growth, and firm size towards the value of the company in the firms listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index during 2013-2017. The population of this study is companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index during 2013-2017. The samples of this research are 9 companies so that the research data observation obtained 45 data. The data collection technique used is purposive sampling and the technique of data analysis are descriptive statistic, classical asumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software. The result of the research showed that capital structure and profitability has significant positive effect toward firm value. Firm growth has not effect on firm value, than firm size has significant negative effect on firm value.
