The research test the effect of Company Size, Leverage, Company Age, and Islamic Governance Score towards Islamic Social Reporting disclosure. The dependent variable used in this study is the Islamic Social Reporting disclosure while the independent variables are Firm Size, Leverage, Company Age and Islamic Governance Score. The population in this study are Sharia Commercial Bank registered in the Financial Services Authority during 2013-2017 periods. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling method and obtained data as many as 45 observation samples. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear analysis. The results showed taht company size has a postive effect on Islamic Social Reproting disclosure, Company Age has a negative effet on Islamic Social Reporting disclosure, Leverage and Islamic Governance Score has negave effect on Islamic Soial Reporting disclosure.
