This research is done with the quantitative approach and descriptive method. The samples of this research are five high school students in Bumiayu.
Those high schools are SMA 1 Bumiayu, SMA Islam T Huda, SMA An-Nuriyah, SMA BU NU Bumiayu, and SMA Muhammadiyah Bumiayu. There are a total of 2,406 students and 97 acted as the samples. The technique used in the consideration of the sample is called a proportional random sample. Furthermore, questionnaires are used to collect the data. The data then being analyzed using SPSS and analytic linearity with the help of SmartPLS.
The result shows that efficacy has a 36% impact on the use of technology and 50.2% to the use of social skills in high school students in Bumiayu. Moreover, self-motivation effect 36,9% for the use of technology and has a 41.2% impact to the social skill of high school students in Bumiayu. The use of technology benefits 30.5% of the social skills of the students. Simultaneously, the effect of self-efficacy (X1) and self-motivation (X2) on the use of technology (Y1) was 39.5%, then the effect of self-efficacy (X1) and self-motivation (X2) on social skills (Y2) was 70% while the rest influenced by other variables that are not mentioned in this study.
