The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of own capital, number of members and business volume towards net profit (SHU) of savings and lending cooperatives during 2013 – 2017 periods. The independent variables in this study are own capital, number of members and business volume, while the dependent variable is net profit (SHU) of cooperatives. The data used is secondary data, which is obtained from annual member meeting report data (RAT). The sampling technique in this study is purposive sampling method. The number of samples used is 15 savings and lending cooperatives in Banyumas regency. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and model fit test. The results obtained indicates that the number of members has a negative and not significant effect towards the net profit (SHU) of the cooperatives. While the variables of own capital and business volume have a positive and significant effect towards the net profit (SHU) of the cooperatives.
