The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and
partial independent variables of health, work safety and compensation for the
dependent variable employee performance on employees of PT. Pindo Deli I
Karawang. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pindo Deli I
Karawang, with a total sample of 102 respondents. Data collection techniques
used in this study were purposive sampling using validity and reliability test
analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test,
F test. The results of the analysis showed partially and simultaneously health,
safety and compensation influential variables. significant to employee
performance.
