This study aims to understand the effect of work environment, work
discipline, and motivation on employee performance at PT Sugar Group
Companies. In this study, the technique used was "Purposive Sampling"
sampling technique. This study used sample of 87 employees. The research
questionnaire has passed the analysis of validity and reliability.
Based on regression analysis, t test and F test showed that the work
environment partially has a significant effect on performance. While work
discipline and motivation partially have a significant effect on employee
performance. The work discipline and motivation environment
simultaneously affect employee performance. Implications of the results of
research on the object of research have been discussed in this study.
