Abstract

This research entitles A Form of An Imperative Pragmatic Teachers and
Students in Class B1 TK Pertiwi I Sumampir Sub-district Purwokerto Banyumas
Regency on April 2015. This research aimed to describe a form of an imperative
pragmatic teachers and students in class B1 TK Pertiwi Sumampir sub-district
Purwokerto Banyumas regency on April 2015. This research was qualitative
descriptive research. This research was used three steps that were (1) data collection,
(2) data analysis, and (3) presenting the data analysis. The researcher collect the data
was used observation method with tapping technique and the follow-up uninvolved
conversation observation technique, record technique, and note technique. The
researcher analyzed data use match pragmatic method. The researcher present the
result of data analysis on this research was used informal presentation method.
Based on the result of data analysis, the researcher conclude that a form of an
imperative pragmatic teachers and students in class B1 TK Pertiwi Sumampir subdistrict
Purwokerto Banyumas regency on April 2015 often occurs but not all of a
form of an imperative pragmatic that includes seventeen types of an imperative
pragmatic uttered by teachers and students. A form of an imperative pragmatic that
appeared in teachers‟ utterance there were fifteen types, that was containing utterance
an imperative pragmatic meaning: (1) command, (2) messenger, (3) request, (4)
petition, (5) pressure, (6) persuasion, (7) persilaan, (8) persuade, (9) request
permission, (10) permitting, (11) prohibition, (12) hopes, (13) granting congratulatory,
(14) suggestion and (15) “ngelulu”. A form of an imperative pragmatic that not
appeared in teachers‟ utterance there were two types, that was utterance containing an
imperative pragmatic meaning: (1) appeal, and (2) swearword. A form of an
imperative pragmatic that appeared in students‟ utterance there were nine types, that
was containing utterance an imperative pragmatic meaning: (1) command, (2) request,
(3) petition, (4) pressure, (5) persuade, (6) request permission, (7) permitting, (8)
prohibition and (9) granting congratulatory. A form of an imperative pragmatic that
not appeared in students‟ utterance there were eight types, that was utterance
containing an imperative pragmatic meaning: (1) messenger, (2) persuasion, (3)
appeal, (4) persilaan, (5) hope, (6) swearword, (7) suggestion, and (8) “ngelulu”.
