The research aims to examine and analyze the influence of work environment, motivation and work discipline toward performance of employee in Pengadilan Negeri Purwokerto. A sampling technique uses a census method and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. Analysis result demonstrates that work environment that partially have a significant influence toward employee performance. Motivation that partially have a significant influence toward employee performance and work discipline that partially have a significant influence toward employee performance. Work environment, motivation and work discipline affect silmutan on employee performance.
