The study aims to describe the conventional implicatures and conversational implicatures in utterances of fiction film collection produced by Cinema Lovers Community (CLC) in Purbalingga. The conversational implicatures could be realized through the cooperative principle and the politeness principle. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data are the speeches of figures in the fiction film collection produced by Cinema Lovers Community (CLC) in Purbalingga that contains of conventional implicatures and conversational implicatures. While the data source is a collection of fiction film produced by Cinema Lovers Community (CLC) in Purbalingga and is downloaded via www. youtube.com. The data are provided by using scrutinize method, which began with tapping techniques and followed by free scrutinize including conversation techniques, taking notes and recording techniques. The data were analyzed using pragmatic and referential method. The basic technique used in this method was determinant-sorting technique. The advanced technique used was the correlation of the equalizing technique. The results of data analysis are displayed using informal display method. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that the implicature forms in the utterances of fiction film collection produced by CLC in Purbalingga are conventional implicature and the conversational implicature. The conventional implicatures embodies implication of informing and ordering. The conversational implicatures embodies some implications such as informing, criticizing, advising, and ordering. Those implicatures could be realized through the cooperative principle and the politeness principle. The cooperative principle resulted from flouting of the maxim of quality, maxim of quantity, maxim of relevance and maxim of implementation. The politeness principle resulted from flouting of the maxim of appreciation and sympathy maxim. Besides the violation of politeness principle, there are two maxims obeyed in the politeness principle namely maxim of generosity and sympathy maxim.
