The type of research used in this study is quantitative research to determine the effect of communication, motivation and work discipline on employee performance. Independent variable in this research is communication, motivation and work discipline, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The subject of this research is employee clerk working at PT. Bamas Satria Perkasa (Moro Mall) Purwokerto, this study uses 118 sample respondents. Data collection techniques used are purposive sampling while the data analysis techniques used are the validity and reliability test, classic asumsu test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of the analysis showed that partially communication had significant effect on employee performance with tcount>ttable (6,994>1,981), motivation had no significant effect on employee performance with tcount<ttable ((-0,656)>1,981) and work discipline significantly employees with tcount> ttable (2,165> 1,981). While simultaneous communication, motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance. Research implications for PT.
