Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of independent variables
which are image, product design, and service quality on the dependent variable that
is consumer loyalty. This study used primary data obtained from the questionnaire
distribution. The number of samples obtained were 100 customers who purchased
Tupperware products in Purwokerto. The data obtained then were analyzed by using
mulyiple regression method. The result of this study indicates that the variables such
brand image, product design, and sevice quality have an significant on tupperware’s
consumer loyalty ini Purwokerto.
