The research aimed to figure out the effect of motivation, work discipline, and
work safety on employee performance. The type of research used in this study is
quantitative research. The subjects of this research are employees of PT. Arumbai
Kasembadan Banyumas. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear
Regression Analysis. Based on the results of multiple regeresi analysis, the results
of this study concluded that motivation has a significant positive effect on
employee performance, work discipline has no significant positive effect on
employee performance and occupational safety significantly postive to employee
performance. Simultaneously motivation, work discipline and work safety have a
significant positive effect on employee performance.
