Abstract

This research “The Influence of Oorganizational Commitment, Work
Discipline and Motivation on Employees Performance at Regional Water
Company (PDAM) OF Brebes”. Aims to determine the influence of variables
influence Organizational Commitment, Work Discipline and Motivation on
Employees Performance at Regional Water Company (PDAM) Of Brebes
Regency. In this research, the research do sampling by distributing
questionernair to respondents, sampling technique used in this research is
purposive sampling. The sample size is 125 respondents. Type of research used in
this research is istrument test, miltiple linear regression test, classical assumption
test, model feasibility test. Test results of this study with parcels test (t test)
showed that organizational commitment significant effect on employees
performance, work discipline significant effect on employee performance, and
motivation has no significant effect on employee performance. While the
simultaneous test (F test) shows that organizational commitment, work discipline
and motivation have a significant effect on employees performance.
