Abstract
This research aimed to know and analyze effects of perceived quality,
perceived sacrifice, perceived value, and price fairness toward customer
satisfaction of Sari Rasa Waterpark in Cilacap. The independent variables of
this research were perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, and
price fairness, whereas its dependent variable was customer satisfaction.
It was conducted at Sari Rasa Waterpark in Cilacap. The data
collection was done by survey method with questionnaire. The used sample
was 99 respondents and the researcher used purposive sampling technique.
Its analysis was validation test, reliability test, classic assumption test, double
regression test, hypothesis test including t test, F test, and determination
coefficient test (R2).
This research resulted some coclusions. The result of the test partially
can be concluded that variable of perceived quality and price fairness
affected positively and significantly, whereas variable of perceived sacrifice
affected negatively, but it was not significant. The researcher also concluded
that variables of perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, and
price fairness simultaneously affected customer satisfaction. The test result
with determination coefficient (R2) could be concluded that 25% of customer
satisfaction variable could be explained from 4 independent variables. They
wehe perceived quality, perceived sacrifice, perceived value, and price
fairness. Whereas the rest was 75%. It could be explained with other causes
beyond the models (beyond this research)
