In Indonesia tuberculosis is a mayor public health problem and contributes
high cases in the world after India and republic of china. Number of tuberculosis
occurrences every year is 600.000 cases. Based on house hold health survey in year
1995, about 500.000 new tuberculosis cases.
A research on the successful rate of tuberculosis at the community health
center of Pekuncen district during the year of 2005-2009 had been done. With the
aim to evaluate the successful rate of tuberculosis therapy using the convention rate,
cure rate, and case detection rate as indicators.
Research method did by retrospective using data, that is medic record card and
also all of victims lungs tuberculosis in local Goverment clinic of Pekuncen since
January 2005 until end of treatment on December 2009. It was analyzed by
descriptive.
Generally, Level off Success Tuberculosis disease in local gut. Clinic
Pekuncen isn’t fulfill to national Standar in tackling tuberculosis, Government
decision.
Based on the result of research, there are 400 Patiens Tuberculosis case. For
Converse number of Tuberculosis, 44,00%, for number of Discovery Tuberculosis
91,66%, and Case Detection Rate to the amount 72,50%
