This research represent the Research of Class Action entitiling “An Effort to Capability Student in Writing Poster with Contextual Teacing and Learning at Class VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Bantarbolang, kabupaten Pemalang”. This research aim to increase sentence usage through the study write the poster by using Contextual teaching and Learning at student of class VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Bantarbolang.
This research objek is all student off class VIII B with student female 24 and male 20. this research is executed to through two cycle, that is cycle, that is cycle of I and cycle II. Each cycle go through four step, which is planning, action implementation, action monitoring, and reflection. Technique used in data collecting use the test covering pre test, pos test I and post test II and non test in the form of observation sheet for the activity of student and learn. While its data analysis descriptively is quantitative and qualitative.
Result of research showed that happened the improvement in each its cycle. At pre test the average value of class 59,09 and complete tired learn 1 student or 2,27%. After conduted a study using CTL and troble-shooting at cycle I of average value of class mount to became 62,25 and complete tired learn 14 student or 31,81%. Then at cycle of II average value of class more mounting again become 75 and complete learn 33 student or 78,57%. Becoming, using CTL can step up capability write poster student at class VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Bantarbolang, kabupaten Pemalang.
