This research was done in Purwokerto about the consumer satisfactory of
Radar Banyumas newspaper with the aim: (1) to know partially factor affect
consumer satisfactory of Radar Banyumas newspaper, (2) to know the sigificant
affect in simultant or along with factors such as product quality, price, promotion
affect toward Radar Banyumas newspaper reader’ satisfactory.
The respondent of this research were 100 respondents which was decided
through purposive sampling. The technique of analysis was multiple linier
analysis resulted: (1) factor of product quality variable (X1) is not affect the
consumer satisfactory, (2) factor of price variabel (X2) affect consumer
satisfactory, (3) factor of promotion variable (X3) affect the consumer
satisfactory. Based on F-test, it is known if the factor of product quality, price
factor, and promotion factor are simultaneously affect consumer’s satisfactory.
