Abstract
This research aimed to analyze partially and simutaneously: 1) employees’ communication competence toward their performance, 2) employees’ emotional quotient toward their performance, 3) employees’ spiritual quotient toward their performance, 4) employees’ organizational culture toward their performance, and 5) employees’ communication competence, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and organizational culture toward their performance. It was a survey research. The research location was in Depo Pelita Shopping Mall Banjarnegara; it took 110 employees as the research respondents. The analysis which was employed was multiple regression analysis, and accidental samplingwas employed as its method. While quetionnaire was used to collect the data using SPSS 16.0. The result of t test for employees’ commmunication competence was 2.911 and its was significance was 0.004. It showed the presence of the communication competence effect toward their performance. The result of t test for emotional quotient was 3.149, and its significance was 0.002. It showed the presence of the emotional quotient toward their performance. The t test result of spiritual quotient was 2.317 and its significance was 0.022. It showed the presence of the spiritual quotient. The t test result of organizational quotient was 2.815 and its significance was 0.006. It showed the presence of the organizational culture toward their performance. The F test result was 29.068, and its significance was 0.000. It showed the effect presences/existences of communication competence, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and organizational culture toward the employees’ performance. The adjustted R Square was 0.507 or 50.7%. It means the employees performance was affected by communication competence, emotional quotient, spiritual quotient, and organizational culture, it was 50.7 %.
