Abstract

This research aimed to analyze partially and simultaneously: 1) working satisfaction towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 2) compensation of Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 3) Organizational atmosphere towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior, 4) working satisfaction, compensation, and organizational atmosphere towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Type of this research is survey based research. The research was conducted in Dinas Perhubungan Komunikasi dan Informatika (Department of Transportation, Communication, and Information) of Banyumas Regency involving 105 employees as the research respondents. The analysis was double regression, and its method was Proportional Random Sampling, whereas for the data collection, the researcher used questionnaire and SPSS 16.0. The result of t test on working satisfaction was 3.290, and its significance was 0.001. It showed that effect between the satisfaction and OCB existed. Result of t test on compensation was 7.234, and its significance was 0.000. It showed the influence existence of compensation and OCB. The result of t test on organizational atmosphere was 5.038, and its significance was 0.000. It showed the influence existence of organizational atmosphere towards OCB. Result of F test was 76.528, and its significance was 0.000. It showed the influence existence between working satisfaction, compensation, and organizational atmosphere towards OCB. Result of adjusted R square was 0.690 or 69%.
