Abstract
Background : Pharmacy performence was very important to reviewing for
parameter used to set of management strategic of pharmacy in short and long
term. Balanced scorecard was recomanded to used for asses the performance of
health institution, as if pharmacy and hospitals. The result of Satibi et al study
(2007) about “The evaluation of Pharmacy X in Yogyakarta with balanced
scorecard approach” showed that the performance of pharmay X was not good.
Objective : to evaluated the pharmacy performance on pharmacy manager
pharmacist (APA) and pharmacy facility owner (PSA) based on financial and non
financial aspects used balance scorecard, and compire pharmacy performance
of APA and PSA.
Methods : The research used non experimental research, with comparative
design, and obsevational analitic with cross sectional approach. The method that
used to determine pharmacy’s performance using balanced scorcard.
Result : Financial’s performance of APA pharmacy’s showed ROI 39,75%, NPM
10,38% and TOR 6,52 fold. Non financial’s performance showed the level of
conformity custumer satisfaction 106,51%, growth and learning showed level
conformity 90,86%, employees with nice performance 81,86%, the time for
concoction recipes services was 16 minite 50 second, and non concoction recipes
5 minite 25 second. Financial’s performance of PSA pharmacy showed ROI
104,37 NPM 12,7% and TOR 7,01 fold. Non financial’s performance showed the
level of conformity custumer satisfaction 95,80% growth and learning showed
level conformity 79,68%, emplyees with nice performance 92,31%, the time for
concoction recipes services was 21 minite 45 second, and non concoction recipes
9 minite 5 second. The PSA pharmacy’s performance had better performance
based on ROI financial’ performance. There was no significant deference of
custumer’s satisfaction and growth learning.
Conclution : PSA’s Pharmacy had better performance based on ROI parameter.
Custumer satisfaction and growth learning had equivalent performance.
