This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work motivation, work
discipline and non-physical work environment on the performance of Bantarsari
District Village officials. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, taking
non-probability sampling with saturated sampling technique or census sampling,
the number of samples is 114 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS 23, with
descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test,
multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test.
The results of the study with the simultaneous test (f test) show that there is a
positive and significant effect simultaneously between the variables of leadership,
work motivation, work discipline and non-physical work environment on employee
performance. The results of the research with the partial test (t test) prove that
leadership, work motivation and non-physical work environment have a positive
and significant effect on employee performance. While the work discipline variable
has a negative and significant effect on performance.
