Abstract

This reserach aims to determined the effect of free shipping, product quality, and online customer review on product purchasing decisions at the Shopee marketplace. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The number of samples used 105 respondent with the required criteria. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis testing, it showed that partially free shipping, product quality, and online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the results of the F test showed that the regression equation model formed is suitable. Therefore, the results of this research are expected to help consumers before making product purchasing decisions on the Shopee marketplace.
