The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility, Price Earning Ratio, Leverage , Dividend Policy on Company Value. The population used in this research is banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2021 period. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method . So a sample of 41 companies was obtained with a total of 84 data that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results of this research show that Corporate Social Responsibility and Price Earning Ratio have a positive effect on Company Value, while Leverage and Dividend Policy have no effect on Company Value.
