Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived benefit, perceived ease of use, e-service quality, and trust on the decision to use the Shopee application. The sample consists of 109 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis methods used in this research include instrument tests, descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that perceived benefit has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, perceived ease of use has a positive but not significant effect on the decision to use, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use, and trust has a negative and significant effect on the decision to use.an.
