Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational
culture, work discipline, work environment and job satisfaction on the
performance of employees of the Banyumas district industry and trade service.
Sampling used the purposive sampling method. The sample used was 139
employees. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Statistical
Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The results of this research show that
organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on
employee performance and job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on
employee performance. Based on the test results, the adjusted coefficient of
determination R2 is 46.1%.
