Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of
compensation, workload, work discipline, and self-efficacy variables on job
satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The population in
this study consists of 105 employees of PT. Samasta Boga Indonesia (SBI). The
sample was taken using the Slovin formula and distributed proportionally to
employees in each unit. The data analysis techniques used include measurement
model testing, structural model testing, and hypothesis testing with bootstrapping.
The results show that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on job
satisfaction, workload has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction,
work discipline has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, and
self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
