The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work-life balance,
work environment, compensation and employee engagement on the performance of
owabong purbalingga employees. This research is quantitative by using a number
of 112 respondents of permanent employees at owabong purbalingga. The sampling
technique used is to use the saturated sampling technique. Data analysis techniques
used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis, instrument test, classical
assumption test, data analysis test, model fit test and hypothesis test. The results of
the study show that work-life balance has a significant positive effect on employee
performance. Work environment has no significant effect on employee
performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance.
Employee engagement has a significant positive effect on employee performance.
