Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of price, trust and brand image on the decision to purchase Telkomsel starter cards (study of students in Purwokerto). The sample for this research is consumers who use and purchase Telkomsel starter cards using non-probability sampling techniques and data is obtained from respondents using a research instrument using a questionnaire. The respondents in this study were students from 3 universities in Purwokerto, 130 respondents were taken from each university. The research method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The results of simultaneous analysis tests show that price, trust and brand image simultaneously have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Price partially does not have a significant negative effect on purchasing decisions. Trust partially has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, and brand image partially has a significant positive effect on Telkomsel card purchasing decisions.
