The purpose of this research is to analyze the product quality, word of mouth,
consumer motivation and trust in purchasing decisions for light steel products users.
This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study was
Kesugihan and Kroya Districts society which total population of 256,990. The
samples in the research were people who use light steel products. Sampling
determines in this research used purposive sampling technique. Based on the certain
criteria, it obtained 130 respondents. The data analysis techniques used are (outer
model) convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, (inner
model) r-square and path coefficient. The research results explain that the product
quality variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. word of
mouth has no effect on purchasing decisions. Consumer motivation has a significant
positive effect on purchasing decisions. Trust has a significant positive effect on
purchasing decisions.
