Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and organizational commitment towards employee performance. The sample selection in this study was carried out by nonprobability sampling with saturated sampling approach. Based on the criteria, there were 100 respondents who became the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that compensation, organizational culture and organizational commitment influence on employee performance, then compensation have a positive effect and significant on employee performance, organizational culture have positive effect and significant on employee performance and organizational commitment have positive effect and significant on employee performance.
