Abstract

Human resources as one of the main elements of a company is very
important because the human factor plays a very important role in achieving the
company's goals. This research aims to analyze the influence of compensation and
transformational leadership style on employee performance with work motivation
as an intervening variable The population in this study is employees of PT Sumber
Graha Sejahtera Purbalingga, as many as 110 respondents with the Saturation
Sampling Technique or Census method, which is to determine the sample if all
members of the population will be used as a sample.
The analysis method used is by using Partial Least Square (PLS) software
through two methods, namely Outer Model (Measurement Model) and Inner
Model (Structural Model). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on
work motivation, transformational leadership style has an effect on work
motivation, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance, transformational leadership style has a positive and significant
effect on employee performance, Work motivation has an effect on employee
performance, compensation has a positive effect on employee performance
through work motivation, and transformational leadership style has a positive
and. Compensation and Transformational Leadership Style have a positive and
significant effect on employee performance with Work Motivation as an
