The aim of the research is to determine the influence of leadership style,
motivation, work discipline and work environment on employee performance in
Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas, This research is a quantitative
research using a saturated sample of 153 respondents, namely all employees in
Dinas Pekerjan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas. The sampling technique used was a
census. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive
statistical analysis, instrument tests, classical assumption tests, model fit tests,
regression and correlation tests. The research results show that leadership style,
motivation, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant
effect on employee performance Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kabupaten Banyumas.
