This study aims to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership,
creativity, competence, and work discipline on employee performance at PT.
Cebong Kayuindo Banyumas. The population in this study were employees in the
production department of PT. Cebong Kayuindo Banyumas. The sample used in
this study was 105 out of 321 employees using purposive sampling technique.
Data were obtained from respondents with a research instrument using a
questionnaire. Based on the results of the simultaneous analysis, it shows that the
influence of transformational leadership, creativity, competence and work
discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance, while
partially the transformational leadership variable has a negative effect on
employee performance. The creativity and competence variables have a positive
and significant effect on employee performance, the work discipline variable has
a negative effect on employee performance. This study shows that the variables
that have a positive and significant effect are creativity and competence. While the
variables that do not have a positive and significant effect are transformational
leadership and work discipline.
