The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation,
work discipline, work environment and compensation on job satisfaction. The
subject of this study is employees of PT. Waroeng Batok Industry using 100
respondent samples. The data collection technique used is accidental sampling.
The data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive statistical analysis,
instrument testing (validity and reliability testing), classical assumption testing
(normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing), multiple
regression analysis determinant coefficient testing (R2), F test, t test). The results
of the study simultaneously showed that work motivation, work discipline, work
environment and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job
satisfaction. The results of the study partially showed that work motivation, work
environment and compensation had a positive and significant effect on job
satisfaction. While work discipline did not have a positive and significant effect
on job satisfaction.
