Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Compensation,
Work Environment, and Organizational Commitment on Employee Turnover
Intention at Perumdam Tirta Satria Banyumas. The sample in this study used
Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive Sampling technique. With a total of 164
respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The analysis used is multiple
linear regression. The results of this research based on the results of the t test
conclude: (a) Compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover
intention (b) The work environment has a negative and significant effect on
turnover intention (c) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant
effect on turnover intention
