Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of compensation, work
environment, workload, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on job
satisfaction among employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in
Banyumas Regency. The study involves 123 employees from the Department of
Industry and Trade in Banyumas Regency as respondents. The sampling technique
used is Purposive Sampling, and the data analysis method employed is multiple
linear regression analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: 1)
Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction among
employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Banyumas Regency; 2) The
work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction among
employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in Banyumas Regency; 3)
Workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction among employees
at the Department of Industry and Trade in Banyumas Regency; and 4)
Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) does not have a significant effect on job
satisfaction among employees at the Department of Industry and Trade in
Banyumas Regency.
