This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on Financial Performance measured by Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Tobin's Q. Sampling in this study was conducted using purposive sampling and 84 data were obtained that met the sampling criteria. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, and statistical hypothesis tests. The independent variables in this study were ESGs proxied by ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q. The results of the analysis show that ESG negatively affected the financial performance of ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q.
