This study discusses the forms of expressive illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah film by Key Mangunsong. This study aims to describe and analyze the forms of expressive illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah film by Key Mangunsong. This qualitative descriptive study had the research data of utterances containing expressive illocutionary speech acts. The data collection thecniques used observastion and not taking. The data anlysis thecnique employed the dividing-key- factors technique. The research result found seven forms of expressive illocutionary speech acts: expressing congratulation, thanks, critizing, complaining, blaming, praising, and apologazing. A total of 28 expressive illocutionary speech acts were identified: two instances of expressing congratulation, four instances of expressing thanks, two instances of critizing, six instances of complaining, five instances of blaming, four instances of praising, and five instances of apologizing. This study demonstrates that the Air Mata di Ujung Sajadah film contains various expressive illocutionary speech acts.
