Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine The Influence of Transactional Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at Bunda Arif Mother and Child Hospital Purwokerto. The population in this study was 114 employees of the Bunda Arif Mother and Child Hospital. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique where the entire population is included in the reasearch data sample. The sampling method uses a questionnaire using alikert scale. Data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 23. The results of this research show that Transactional Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of employees at Bunda Arif Mother and Child Hospital. Transactional Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction partially have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Bunda Arif Mother and Child Hospital. While the most influential variabel is the transactional leadership style can help the effectiveness of employee performance
