The objective of this study is to enhance the creativity of KB (Playgroup) Aisyiyah
Kaliwadas children through the utilization of Loose Parts media. The background of
this research stems from the suboptimal development of children's creativity and the
limited variety in learning media usage. This research employs the Classroom Action
Research (CAR) method conducted in 2 cycles, each consisting of two (2) sessions.
The subjects of this study are twelve (12) students at KB Aisyiyah Kaliwadas. Data
collection methods include direct observation and documentation during the activities.
Furthermore, descriptive analysis techniques are utilized for data analysis. The initial
study results reveal the creativity abilities of children. Beginning to Develop (75%) -
nine (9) children, Developing as Expected (8%) - one (1) child, and Developing Very
Well (17%) - two (2) children. In Cycle I, Beginning to Develop (42%) - five (5)
children, Developing as Expected (33%) - four (4) children, and Developing Very Well
(25%) - three (3) children. In Cycle II, Beginning to Develop (8%) - one (1) child,
Developing as Expected (42%) - five (5) children, and Developing Very Well (50%) -
six (6) children. The research achievement rate is 92%, aligning with the completion
threshold of 75% to 80%, indicating the success of this study.
